Please take note that this rating is totally objective. Although I used to be friends with this person, there lack of consideration and responsibility is atrocious. Leslie Knight is a cool person to hang out with....funny...chill...some of the qualities that you would want in a roommate BUT she has one very big problem....SHE DOES NOT PAY HER RENT ON TIME!!! Yes, everyone has their personal financial woes, but she completely disregards the norm. When questioned the FIRST time about why she was paying rent late consecutively (minimum of 3 months in a row) her response was "I was only a few days late" (LIE; rent is late on the evening of the 5th and she was paying on dates that include the 18th 21st, and 28th). When confronted about how paying late puts us in jeopardy of eviction and its in our lease, she responded "How was I supposed to know paying late could get us evicted?? Who actually reads their lease??" After having that conversation, we agreed that if she couldn't pay on time she would let me know OR the assistant property manager who was trying to look out for us. Needless to say, she continued to pay late (putting us in jeopardy two more times when we are only in our 2nd lease) and refuses to say anything to me nor the assistant property manager. Leslie is irresponsible...has no regard for me as a roommate when it comes to paying rent on time. She's very nonchalant about the issue and continues to pay rent late. I don't know about anyone else, but when a roommate puts me in jeopardy of being homeless several times along with threaten to ruin my credit and rental histories, thats where I draw the line. Please be cautious!!!
